Applications
Precision-engineered, corrosion-resistant Series J Composite Pumps in 5 and 7 GPM deliver efficient, dependable performance even in rough, aggressive water. Built to deliver long-term, trouble-free service.

Features
Staging System Our proven SignaSeal staging system incorporates a harder-than-sand ceramic wear surface that when incorporated with our floating impeller design, greatly reduces problems with abrasives, sand lock-up and running dry.
Discharge Corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic for durability in aggressive water. Large octagon wrench area for ease of installation.
Discharge Bearing Exclusive selflubricating Nylatron bearing resists wear from sand.
Intake Corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic for durability in aggressive water.
Shaft Positive drive from 7/16" hexagonal heavy-duty 300 grade stainless steel.
Coupling Stainless steel press fit to pump shaft. Couples to all standard NEMA motors.
Shell Heavy-walled corrosionresistant stainless steel. Threaded for easy servicing.
Check Valve Durable internal poppet type check valve.
Cable Guard Corrosion-resistant stainless steel guard protects motor leads. Tapered ends prevent pump from catching on well.
Intake Screen Corrosion-proof polypropylene.

Reliable.

Water is of extreme importance where I live and I will only buy the best pump available. I've bought 3 of these pumps. The first two were as a backup and main pump respectively for my whole house plus two apartment rainwater collection system. The 1st of the two pumps was installed in mid 2013. It ran every day for 11 years before the motor seized. I'm keeping the pump portion as additional backup should a pump fail. I then installed the backup of the two original pumps. It is doing just fine and I am optimistic of seeing another decade of service from it if not more. THIS current purchase is to be the new backup pump that I hope not to need for the next ten years. You just can't go wrong with Gould Jet pumps.
