Great so far! Fairly easy to install and working well. Only thing I wish was different is that the suction and discharge would be better oriented in a straight line but other than that it's great.

Well pump is heavy and solid. My last pump lasted 24 years. So when it went bad I went back with the tried and true Sta Rite jet pump.

The pump is awesome. But not what I ordered. The float on the 2 that I ordered were as in the picture, but when they were received, the floats were on a stationary stem (sorry, don't know the correct name). Lesson learned, ask more questions and do not assume photo is correct. However, what I received works great.

Great product that I have used before and has never failed me. Its a powerful workhorse and highly suggest it for dependable service.

Even though it took awhile to get any information on the progress of the order, usually with a tracking # or the well pump, the price was right and the product showed up a bit later, there was no rush and Tony from customer service explained that KG is a small, family owned business and has been around since 1949, so unlike Amazon it’s not that you order something in the afternoon and it’s on your doorstep the next morning. Very friendly service and excellent pricing on high quality products! Highly recommended.
