Goulds SIMRGSKTN4 Simplex Grinder Package

This simplex sewage grinder package is designed for high head residential sewage applications where a gravity system is not practical. Ideal for pressure sewage systems. Basin not included.

Package includes:

• (1) Grinder pump, model RGS2012
• (1) Simplex outdoor control panel, model S10020
• (3) Mechanical level float switches, model A2D23W
• (1) Cast iron pump leg (set of 3), model 4K639

Note: For a complete sewage simplex installation, a basin must be purchased separately.

Pump RGS2012 Features

• 2 HP, 208/230 Volts, single phase
• 1-1/4" NPT discharge
• Maximum flow is 41 GPM
• Maximum head is 95 feet
• Maximum submergence is 50 feet
• Temperature: 104º F continuous, 140º F intermittent
• Single mechanical seal: silicon carbide rotary/silicon carbide stationary, 300 series stainless steel metal parts, BUNA-N elastomers.
• Capable of grinding domestic sewage in individual residential applications
• Anti-roping design cutter system with two blade rotary cutter threaded to shaft. Stationary cutter ring is reversible for extended service
• Silicon bronze semi-open impeller with non-overloading two vane design and pump-out vanes for mechanical seal protection
• Cast iron volute type casing for high efficiency

Control Panel S10020 Features 

• Single phase with a range of 0-20 Amps
• Rugged, NEMA 4X construction withstands even the most severe weather conditions and prevents corrosion
• Solid-state control board displays float status for ease of installation and troubleshooting
• Hinged door with lockable stainless steel latch for safe operation indoors and out
• High-level alarm circuit includes spring loaded through-door mounted silence button for manual silence of alarm horn
• Through-door mounted pump run light and alarm test button
• Top-mounted, high intensity, flashing red light provides 360° visibility
• Pulsating, corrosion proof alarm horn
• Auxiliary alarm contacts provided for remote alarm connection
