Barnes SEV412 (25" x 24") Simplex Sewage Package

This preassembled simplex sewage package is ideal for residential and commercial sewage or sump applications. They are designed to handle wastes from lavatories, laundry tubs, floor drains, water closets, etc., and will pump the water from below ground "uphill" to the sewer.

Package includes

• (1) Sewage pump, model SEV412
• (1) Mechanical float switch
• (1) Polyethylene basin
• (1) Split cover with floatree
• (1) 2" Vertical compression check valve
• Sch. 40 Discharge pipe, cover gasket, cover hardware, cord grommet, discharge and vent grommets also included.

Package Features

• Floatree design for easy float maintenance; Flange includes provision for optional alarm float
• Split cover allows simplified basin access
• Sidewall ribs lock basin in place when concrete floor is poured
• Inlet hubs easily connect to piping with fl exible rubber connectors (Provided by others)
• Ribbed floor limits pump rotation
• Liquid Temperature 104°F (40°C)

• Volute, motor housing, impeller and seal plate are cast iron
• Impeller has a multi-vane vortex design with pump out vanes on back side
• 416 stainless steel shaft

• Single mechanical seal design made of Carbon/Ceramic/Buna-N
• Single row, oil lubricated upper and lower ball bearings
