KG was very easy to call and talk to. They verified the item was in stock but the last one. I placed the order online and they assured me the unit would be reserved and shipped to me. The item came quickly and undamaged. Install was very easy and the interface on the VFD was very intuitive and easy to configure. I like that the VFD is rated to be outside. I installed it at the top of my well riser on some unistrut I had welded on.
