Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy.
Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packing, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The item will be deemed used and is not returnable, if it has been installed.
To start a return
Please contact us by phone or email Claims@kgpowersystems.com
Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns will have a restocking fee
The restocking fee will vary (Example: 20%) and will be assessed on standard stock items. Non stocked items will be charged a restocking fee based on the manufacturers assigned value. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping on all returned items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Specific products such as custom-built items, made-to-order items, or items assembled upon request may not qualify for a return. We cannot accept returns for items used with hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Any item deemed non-returnable by product manufacturer. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All returns will have a restocking fee (Example: 20%).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Policy
At KG Power Systems, we are committed to helping our customers with warranty claims as efficiently as possible.
Warranty Claims
All warranty requests must be submitted by email to Claims@kgpowersystems.com.
To begin the warranty process, please include:
- A clear photo of the product nameplate.
- A detailed description of the issue or failure being experienced.
- Any additional photos that may help illustrate the problem (recommended).
Warranty Coverage
Most products carry a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty; however, warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. All warranty claims are evaluated according to the specific manufacturer's warranty policy, terms, and conditions.
Inspection & Evaluation
Some products may require inspection before warranty coverage can be determined. In these cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product for evaluation. If the manufacturer determines that the issue is covered under warranty, any applicable remedy will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
AMT Pumps
Products manufactured by AMT Pumps are subject to the manufacturer's repair-and-return warranty process. Warranty claims for AMT Pumps require the product to be returned for inspection and repair in accordance with AMT Pumps' warranty procedures.
Warranty Determination
KG Power Systems reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if, upon inspection or review, the product is determined to be non-warrantable. Examples may include, but are not limited to, damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, neglect, or conditions excluded by the manufacturer's warranty.
If you have questions about warranty eligibility before submitting a claim, please contact us at Claims@kgpowersystems.com.
Damaged Items During Transit
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. If a package or product appears damaged, it should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery, and the damage should be documented with photographs before the shipment is accepted whenever possible.
If a shipment is accepted or signed for without noting visible damage, KG Power Systems cannot guarantee that a damage claim will be approved by the carrier or manufacturer. As a result, we may be unable to provide replacement, repair, or reimbursement for damage that occurred during transit.
Any concealed damage discovered after delivery should be reported to Claims@kgpowersystems.com as soon as possible, along with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
