What is the ordering process?
Orders can be placed over the phone or online. Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–3 p.m. EST, our sales team takes care of online orders. After the order is placed, the customer receives an email acknowledgment. An email with tracking details will be sent following shipment.
Can I place an order by phone?
We take phone orders from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
How do I cancel my order?

Can I send a purchase order by email?
Yes, purchase orders are handled via email. Send us an email at sales@kgpowersystems.com.
Do I get charged tax?
Tax is due in the following states unless you can present a form exempt from payment: Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.
When will my order ship?
All orders are typically processed by our sales team in 1–3 business days. Once processed, shipping times varies depending on availability. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. Every day, inventory changes, so it's best to inquire about availability before making an urgent request. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping schedules.
Where do orders ship from?
Most products are shipped straight to the customer directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Can I use my own shipping account?
