What is the ordering process?

Orders can be placed over the phone or online. Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–3 p.m. EST, our sales team takes care of online orders. After the order is placed, the customer receives an email acknowledgment. An email with tracking details will be sent following shipment.

Can I place an order by phone?

We take phone orders from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

How do I cancel my order?

Please get in touch with us right away if you need to cancel your order, and we'll try our best to accommodate you. The order's cancellation is not something we can guarantee. We are unable to cancel an order that is in the process of being manufactured or shipped.

Can I send a purchase order by email?

Yes, purchase orders are handled via email. Send us an email at sales@kgpowersystems.com.

Do I get charged tax?

Tax is due in the following states unless you can present a form exempt from payment: Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed, including expedited options, in 1–3 business days. We will let you know if an item is out of stock before processing your order. Shipping the same day is not guaranteed by KG Power Systems. Every day, inventory changes, so it's best to inquire about availability before making an urgent request. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping schedules.

Where do orders ship from?

Most products are shipped straight to the customer directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Indeed. To proceed, contact us to complete the purchase via telephone.

How do I make a return?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete your return. A return authorization number and instructions will be sent to you by the sales team. Orders without an RGA number cannot be accepted, so please do not ship anything before getting one. No modifications or usage of the product is permitted. Restocking fees (e.g., 25%) apply to all returns. Process time for refunds is two to three weeks.

How do I request a warranty?

Most products come with a one-year warranty. Please include your name, phone number, email address, order number, and a thorough description of the problem with the item in your warranty submission. After you submit the data, a member of our sales staff will contact you with the specifics.

Can I request Net 30 Terms?

New clients need to make payment via credit card. Contact our sales team for assistance in setting up Net terms for future orders.
