If you must cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do everything in our power to allow you to do so. We are unable to guarantee the cancellation of orders.

Certain orders can not be cancelled, such as custom orders, build-to-order or assembled-to-order orders, orders quoted as non-cancellable, and orders marked shipped with a tracking number are all non-cancellable.
