Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us without delay, and we will make every effort to facilitate this process.

Once placed, orders for products may be cancelled prior to product shipment with the assessment of a 10% cancellation fee. 

However, we cannot assure the cancellation of all orders. 

Specific orders cannot be canceled, such as:

• Custom orders. 
• Build-to-order products. 
• Assembled-to-order products. 
• Items specified as non-cancellable. 
• Orders that have been assigned a tracking number.
• Orders at a stage where cancellation is not possible.
   

* All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or deny any cancellation request if we determine that doing so is necessary due to the circumstances of the order, scheduling, contractual obligations, or any other business-related reason. In such cases, any applicable fees, charges, or payment obligations will remain in effect in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
