Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us without delay, and we will make every effort to facilitate this process.

Once placed, orders for products may be cancelled prior to product shipment with the assessment of a 10% cancellation fee. 

However, we cannot assure the cancellation of all orders. 

Specific orders cannot be canceled, such as:

• Custom orders. 
• Build-to-order products. 
• Assembled-to-order products. 
• Items specified as non-cancellable. 
• Orders that have been assigned a tracking number.
• Orders at a stage where cancellation is not possible.
