Showed up as expected and works perfectly.
Customer service follow up on order timely. Bag kit not yet installed. Expensive replacement but cheaper than new pressure tank. Hope it lasts!

Water is of extreme importance where I live and I will only buy the best pump available. I've bought 3 of these pumps. The first two were as a backup and main pump respectively for my whole house plus two apartment rainwater collection system. The 1st of the two pumps was installed in mid 2013. It ran every day for 11 years before the motor seized. I'm keeping the pump portion as additional backup should a pump fail. I then installed the backup of the two original pumps. It is doing just fine and I am optimistic of seeing another decade of service from it if not more. THIS current purchase is to be the new backup pump that I hope not to need for the next ten years. You just can't go wrong with Gould Jet pumps.
