JORC Timer Controlled Condensate Drains

The JORC analogue and digital timers (D-LUX, OPTIMUM, EAD and TEC-11) are produced to the highest standards. JORC applies two voltage protection element (IN and OUT) to ensure a long life protection against electrical power surges. Their timers are also purchased by other solenoid valve producers and mounted on their valves for all kinds of different applications besides condensate draining.

A timer drain discharges condensate from compressed air systems. The timer can be adjusted to discharge the condensate according to the specific needs of the compressed air system. The JORC range of timer drains is diverse and offers you drain solutions for pressures ranging from 0 to 7250 PSI. Multiple voltage options and valve material options are available.

Reliable.

Water is of extreme importance where I live and I will only buy the best pump available. I've bought 3 of these pumps. The first two were as a backup and main pump respectively for my whole house plus two apartment rainwater collection system. The 1st of the two pumps was installed in mid 2013. It ran every day for 11 years before the motor seized. I'm keeping the pump portion as additional backup should a pump fail. I then installed the backup of the two original pumps. It is doing just fine and I am optimistic of seeing another decade of service from it if not more. THIS current purchase is to be the new backup pump that I hope not to need for the next ten years. You just can't go wrong with Gould Jet pumps.
